By-Laws

The current By-Laws of the Lake of the Pines Women's Golf Club.

All proposed amendments to the By-Laws of the WGC shall be posted by the Secretary two weeks prior to the next General meeting. Amendments to the By-Laws must be approved by a majority vote of the members present at a general meeting. A vote taking place during a general meeting shall consist of a simple majority of members either present at the meeting, attending electronically, or aprior telephonic or email vote submitted to the Captain.
